It’s been a devastating couple of years for the live music industry. But finally some (very) good news: Adelaide is set to score a seriously stacked new music festival – Harvest Rock – taking over Rymill and King Rodney parks on November 19 and 20.
The event will feature global headliners – including Jack White and Kurt Vile in their only Australian shows – alongside some of Australia’s best. The whopper of a line-up includes Crowded House, the Black Crowes, Groove Armada, Khruangbin, the Avalanches, Cat Power, Genesis Owusu, Courtney Barnett, You Am I, the Avalanches, Marlon Williams, Alex Cameron, the Living End, and Adelaide’s Electric Fields, Towns and Slow Mango, plus a heap more.
There’ll also be a “Feastville Stage” hosting collaborations between chefs and musical acts, plus a line-up of food trucks and a marquee where you can sit down to food by Arkhe’s Jake Kellie.

Find out moreWhen you need a drink, there’ll be a number of bars – curated by Tasting Australia’s beverage expert (and co-owner of the newly opened Silver Sands Surf Club) Nick Stock – to choose from, including a gin bar by Archie Rose Distilling Co, a champagne bar with cheese platters, a beer hall, and an alcohol-free bar. There’ll also be a cellar door pop-up where you can partake in a wine tasting and arrange for a bottle to be delivered to your house, as well as an LGBTQI+ bar.
Harvest Rock is on November 19 and 20 at Rymill & King Rodney Parks, Adelaide. Tickets go on sale at 8.30am on Wednesday August 24.
